This is the place to go if you are looking to purchase your first appliances or are looking to upgrade your existing ones. Grant and his team are great to work with, are knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have about appliances. I have used this company for many years and have always received excellent service. I highly recommend this business.

Brian at Dave's Appliances was great..so nice to deal with a local company..pricing was also as competitive as box stores. Bought it over the phone as I knew what I was looking for, No pressure sales...good advice. Made buying my new washer easy. Inventory was available right away which is harder to find for appliances these days. Bought new GE 5.3 cu feet top load washer. Will be back for next appliance I need. I picked my washer up on Saturday am...no wait..very different experience than Leon's or Brick.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I suspect that most of these 5 star reviews are fake and generated by the staff. When I called for help, the woman who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I called and said they where not taking on new customers. After hanging up I emailed them and said if you're not taking on new customers you should indicate that on your website (which was how I found them). I also said that if you're never taking on new customers, then you should take your website down. She must be annoyed with answering the phone and repeating that all the time.

Parts dept lady should not be anywhere near customers. Even on the phone she acts like I was putting her out of her way to look up a part for me. Admittedly I purchased the wrong part ($28) . Never opened it. Went back to get the proper parts ($100), she wouldn't return the part I bought earlier. I left the rest of the parts on the desk. Heading to A&A APPLIANCE now. Daves will never see a dime from me again.

I own TrustInUs Property Management Ltd. and I called Dave's Appliance's to service one of my tenants freezer on a Friday morning. I called Dave's and Phil came over and repaired the freezer that day which was great for my tenant and for me as I didn't have to supply a freezer for the weekend. Great Service, thank you.

We built a new house 8 years again and bought all of our appliances here. I have known the owners for more than 45 years and will not shop any where else. We have had Grant back 2 or 3 times for service calls and the service and price has always been exceptional! They are a local company not a chain ! You get what you pay for !
